We may update these Terms periodically, andcontinued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.2.Definitions“Webcoure” refers to the website Webcoure.com and its administrators.“User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses the website, including both Buyers and Freelancers.“Buyer” refers to users seeking to hire Freelancers for services.“Freelancer” refers to users offering services to Buyers.3.EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use Webcoure.com. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. Webcoure reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.4.Account RegistrationUsers must create an account to access certain features. Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for activities conducted under their account.Webcoure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any activity that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the platform.5.User ResponsibilitiesBuyers must provide accurate job descriptions and pay freelancers promptly for completed work. Freelancers are responsible for delivering high-quality, original work and meeting project deadlines.All users agree to act professionally and in good faith, avoiding any offensive, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.6.Payments and Fees Escrow Service: For each project, funds are securely held in escrow by Webcoure until the project is completed and approved by the Buyer.Payment Release: Funds are released to Freelancers only upon the Buyer's approval. Buyers have a set period to review and approve submitted work.Fees: Webcoure charges a service fee on each transaction, deducted from payments to Freelancers. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.Refunds and Disputes: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Webcoure’s Resolution Center. Both parties must provide relevant evidence if a dispute arises.7.Prohibited ActivitiesUsers agree not to: Post inappropriate, misleading, or inaccurate content.Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.Contact each other off-platform to circumvent Webcoure’s fees.Share personal information (including email addresses, payment information, etc.) outside the Webcoure messaging system.Engage in harassment, spamming, or any behavior that threatens the safety and integrity of the platform.8.Intellectual Property RightsOwnership of Content: Webcoure does not claim ownership of content submitted by users. However, by submitting content, you grant Webcoure a license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the platform.Third-Party Content: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Posting copyrighted or trademarked material without permission is prohibited.9.Termination and SuspensionWebcoure reserves the right toterminate or suspend any account without notice if it finds violations of these Terms or any suspicious activity. Terminated users may lose access to their accounts and any associated content.10.Limitation of LiabilityWebcoure is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.Webcoure does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the platform. Users agree that any service interruptions may result in inconvenience but not liability on the part of Webcoure.11.Dispute ResolutionIn case of disputes between Buyersand Freelancers, Webcoure offers a Resolution Center where parties can seekmediation.
